Data collection
We train local researchers
Data collection is at the very basis of Wolfs Company’s work. We strongly believe in open data and active data sharing. Solid data is at the core of informed decision making, effective strategy development, quantitative research, monitoring and evaluation.
Managing data collection processes
We developed great expertise in managing data collection processes and designing surveys to support sound quantitative analysis. In our field research, we cooperate closely with local networks, supervising and coordinating data collection and linking local and international organizations and universities. We train local researchers to build capacity for structural data collection.
Using innovative methods
We use innovative methodologies to collect data on ecological, economic, social and spatial data indicators. We apply a wide range of techniques, such as field surveys, harvesting social media data, consulting stakeholders through participatory mapping or applying meta-analysis. This results in reliable quantitative data that is ready for further research and analyses.
